A black Lab Boxer mix. The Pitbull Lab mixs head is broader than that of a Labrador Retriever but is much smaller in width than a Pitbulls. Since its a crossbreed this designer dog is not recognized by the American Kennel Club.

When two fairly powerful medium to large dogs belonging to boxer and pit bull breed is mixed then the owner gets a unique variety.

Some breeders may try to breed dogs for certain colors eg. The Pitbull Lab mixs head is broader than that of a Labrador Retriever but is much smaller in width than a Pitbulls. The Brindle Boxador is a very common variety and these often have white markings. Bred from a Boxer and Lab this mixed breed has the characteristics of each.
